Be the judge about plagiarism!

Hello everyone, today is a really muggy day, its raining and its bland. I wish winter would come around so I can lay at home and watch the snow fall.

Now you may be wondering what the title is all about today, well have you ever heard the song "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke? well the song he produced was was accused of copy right, he was charged with 7.4 million dollar fine he had to pay. I believe this song should not have been accused of plagiarism, even if it was it should not have gone as far as it should have in court. This case went all the way to trial which is extremly rare, I feel it should not have gone this far. Yes plagiarism is a very serious problem but I feel if it is about a song then it should not go to the point where so many people get envolved and where someone has to pay a certian amount of money.
